Meet The Team

A former litigator, Samia honed her expertise in navigating the intricacies of class action litigation at an Am Law 100 firm. In private practice, she gained firsthand experience successfully litigating complex, multi-million-dollar matters. This hands-on litigation experience allows Samia to understand the importance of ensuring that claims administration is handled with the utmost professionalism.

Samia’s favorite part of being a litigator was building authentic relationships with her clients and colleagues. She believes that effective communication and follow-through are key to building client trust and confidence.  Samia’s creative and pragmatic approach to claims administration and problem-solving allows her to understand the unique needs of her clients and to tailor solutions to address those needs accordingly. She is eager to make the claims administration process as stress-free for her clients as possible.

Samia is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Ohio and earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas. She has been selected to the National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 (2024, 2023) and to the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s Pathfinder Program (2024).

In her spare time, Samia enjoys creative writing, mentoring at-risk youth, and spending time with her 12-year-old dog, Bailey. A soon to be author, she is set to publish her first book this spring.
