Nicole Christ is a seasoned leader in claims administration, consumer protection, and operational strategy. As Senior Vice President of Operations, she brings a wealth of expertise in process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and consumer redress.

Before joining JND, Nicole served as the Program Manager for the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Consumer Protection, overseeing the Office of Claims and Refunds. In this role, she managed the distribution of over $2 billion in refunds to consumers, modernized the refund process by introducing electronic payments, and enhanced transparency with real-time data dashboards. She also implemented lean process strategies to drive efficiency, consistency, and accountability in consumer redress programs.

Prior to her leadership in claims administration, Nicole was a Consumer Education Specialist at the FTC and the U.S. General Services Administration. Employing a wealth of plain language expertise, she played a pivotal role in launching IdentityTheft.gov, a vital resource for identity theft victims, and led national consumer education initiatives. She also championed staff development initiatives, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

Nicole is known for her ability to streamline complex processes while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity. Passionate about leveraging technology to improve service delivery, she has successfully developed systems that enhance operational effectiveness and maximize financial recovery for consumers.

She holds an M.A. in English from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in English with a minor in Philosophy from Salisbury University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Her contributions have earned her multiple awards, including the FTC’s Janet Steiger Team Award, the Bureau Director’s Award, and recognition as a Service to America Medal Finalist for her work on IdentityTheft.gov.
