Meet The Team

As Director of Business Development at JND, Mason assists clients with their settlement administration and eDiscovery needs. Before joining JND, Mason built a distinguished legal career in securities and commercial litigation. As an Associate at a leading complex litigation firm, he played a key role in federal and state securities class actions, conducting and defending depositions, drafting complex legal pleadings, and managing client relationships. He also led investigative efforts and delivered presentations at the Annual Federal Securities Institute.

Mason’s expertise extends across prominent AmLaw 100 and 200 firms, where he managed high-stakes commercial litigation, arbitration proceedings, and client outreach. His legal foundation was further strengthened through roles at the Cornell Legal Information Institute and Bridgeton Holdings, where he honed his research, contract analysis, and policy expertise.

Mason holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he served as General Editor for the Journal of Law & Public Policy. He also earned an M.S. in Applied American Politics & Policy and a B.S. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Florida State University. Licensed to practice law in New York and Florida, Mason brings a wealth of experience, strategic insight, and client-focused innovation to his role at JND.

Beyond law, Mason co-founded an education technology startup, Queralyze, where he developed research and financial literacy curricula. In his free time, Mason loves cooking, running, and playing the guitar.
