Kevin Marquis brings two decades of expertise to his role as Vice President of Operations for JND eDiscovery, spanning both law firms and vendors, giving him a comprehensive perspective on the challenges and solutions in the industry.

As a Certified Relativity Expert, Kevin is highly skilled in leveraging the full capabilities of JND’s RelativityOne environment to optimize eDiscovery client outcomes. His experience includes managing a diverse portfolio of complex eDiscovery litigations, including securities, MDLs, intellectual property, secondary responses, and patent cases. He also has extensive experience supporting some of JND eDiscovery’s largest corporate clients. Kevin has been instrumental in driving the success of JND’s eDiscovery business with industry leading workflow development and client engagement.

Kevin's leadership has not only retained and grown some of JND eDiscovery’s largest client accounts but also established processes and procedures that empower project managers and analyst teams to thrive. His dedication to peer mentorship has fostered a culture of collaboration and excellence, guiding team members from entry-level roles to senior project management positions.

Beyond his professional achievements, Kevin is a devoted family man and active volunteer. His commitment to mentorship extends into his personal life, where he serves as a peer mentor at local hospitals, supporting individuals navigating the challenges of spinal cord injuries.
