On July 10, 2017 (the "Petition Date"), BICOM NY, LLC d/b/a Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan ("BICOM"), ISCOM NY, LLC d/b/a Maserati of Manhattan ("ISCOM"), and Bay Ridge Automotive Company, LLC d/b/a Bay Ridge Ford ("BRAC") (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under case no. 17-11906 and are pending before the Honorable Michael E. Wiles in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the "Bankruptcy Court").
